This is not a fitness or nutrition blog. I am not an expert or even have advanced knowledge of fitness/nutrition but I have his a significant milestone in my fitness journey and wanted to share.
This was me a year ago on my birthday.
This was me last week on my birthday.
I have lost 22 lbs and am counting. I have done this for health reasons because I am choosing to be healthier and more active I have accomplished this. I started in May using a fitbit to track my physical activity and food consumption. Soon on my list is to start running (once i get running shoes). And I want to continue doing yoga in the evenings. It is very relaxing for me and helps my muscles release all the tension.
I am about 15 pounds away from my goal and feel better about myself and feel better in general since undertaking a better health plan.
