2015 was a good year for Happy Apple. I got to accomplish a lot of the goals I had on my list and even come up with some new ones along the way. Before we get too deep into 2016 I wanted to look back at some of my favorite 2015 blog posts. Just click the picture to go to the full post.
First of all, I started and FINISHED my 3rd scrapbooking album. I am so glad I started this project and glad that it is something that when the year ends I can also end and start a new one. I loved how my 2015 title page turned out and I can’t wait to show you how the ending page turned out. I’ve got to wait for it to stop being so gloomy outside so I can snap a picture.
I also really enjoyed working on this post, I collaborated with several of my friends to come up with a list of traditions to start when you don’t have kiddos. I got some great ideas that we started doing this year and will continue into the future!
I enjoyed working on a 30 day hand lettering project in June with some of my coworkers. It was a lot of work but worth it in the end. I hope to do another one this year.
Of course, our anniversary pictures were one of my favorite posts! We had so much fun getting them taken and hanging out with our wedding photographer and friend Janneke that I can’t wait to do it again!
Speaking of our anniversary, we had a pretty rad cake made; since ours from the wedding didn’t make it to the 1-year mark. I just adore those penguins! I wish I could have kept them forever but the pictures will do nicely!
This carrot cake! Need I say more?
I think this dresser facelift was my favorite DIY of 2015. It turned out beautifully and was a really easy way to give a new look to an old piece of furniture.
