Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup! This soup is so flavorful and filling. I found the recipe originally on Baked by Rachel. I tried and tried to find tortilla strips at a store around me but it just wasn’t happening. So I crunched up chips to sprinkle on top for the crunch.
I didn’t adjust this recipe at all and love how easy it is to put together. I think you could easy double the recipe to feed a large crowd. Like with all my soups so far this left enough that I put some in my freezer for a later date.
I really like this freezer cooking technique and will start doing some casseroles and pasta bakes this winter. Do you have any tips for freezer cooking?
