With all the Halloween candy behind us and Thanksgiving in front of us I’ve been looking around for some great snacks to keep around that are a little lighter and healthier than chips or sweets. And I came across these little cuties! Bonus for also being a easy gluten-free snack for kids after school or even to take for their holiday parties.
They are really easy and wonderful for any fall gathering. These were made with little slivers of celery and clementines but could be made with oranges and larger chunks of celery if you wanted to create a diverse pumpkin patch. These little pumpkins are perfect for little one’s hands and a healthy snack before Thanksgiving Dinner.
