Crockpot Spinach and Artichoke Dip

I am all about easy party appetizers that can feed a crowd. I also really like spinach and artichoke dip but I never buy it out at restaurants because I’m the only one that eats it. So when I knew we were going to be having some people over for the super bowl i decided it was my chance to try and make it at home.

Ingredients :

2 cans of large artichoke hearts (chopped), one 10 ounce package of frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry), 8 ounces of cream cheese, 8 ounces sour cream, 1/2 small onion diced small, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 3/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese, 3/4 cup of milk, 8 ounces of feta cheese, 1/3 cup mayonaise, and 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar.

Place all the ingredients in your slow-cooker, add cream cheese last. Cut it in cubes and drop on top. Cook on low for 2 hours stirring occasionally. Serve warm with sea salt pita chips.

It is excellent for a crowd and it is really great as a slow cooker recipe because you can make it a little ahead of the party and it stays warm the whole time. I didn’t have much left over after our super bowl party.
